Public Safety

Michelle Tanner believes public safety must remain a top priority. Michelle is a strong advocate for law enforcement and assuring that all public safety receive proper funding and competitive wages. Public safety has received some of their most notable raises during her term, while keeping taxes low. Michelle has worked closely with the state legislature by assisting in drafting and passing laws that provide greater protections to children in assuring they are not exposed to sexualized behaviors in public spaces and that more strict penalties are attatched to those who expose minors to harmful materials. Safe communities are imperative for our children's futures, quality of life, and for a strong economy.
