Property Rights

Michelle Tanner believes that the right to own property is a fundamental founding principle of this great nation. Michelle opposes heavy handed government regulations on property owners and supports property owners rights to do what they want on their own property. This is balanced at the local level in assuring someone’s desired use of their property does not infringe on the right’s of their neighbors or cause a true public safety issue. Proper infrastructure must also be in place. Outside of these limited factors, government should not micromanage property owners or act as a glorified HOA.
